  • Refunds: All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges

4. Content & Intellectual Property

  • We don't read, store, or train on your conversations
  • You're responsible for the content you generate

Our Content:

  • The Deepshit AI service, brand, and technology belong to us
  • You can't copy our code, designs, or brand without permission
  • AI outputs are provided as-is for your use

5. Limitation of Liability

We provide the Service "as is" without warranties. While we work hard to keep everything running smoothly:

  • We're not liable for any damages from using the Service
  • We're not responsible for AI-generated content accuracy
  • Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months
  • Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you

6. Termination

Either party can terminate this agreement:

  • You: Can close your account anytime for any reason
  • Us: Can terminate if you violate these terms or abuse the Service
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately
  • We don't keep your data after account closure
